LACY Refund Policy — Paid-in-Full Only
- Eligibility: Refunds apply only to clients who paid the Love, Adored & Cherished YOU (LACY) program in one lump-sum payment.
- Clients on installment or financing plans are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Amount: 50% of the paid fees.
- Refund Window: Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
- How to Request: Email us with your full name, purchase email, and order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Access After Refund: Upon approval, program access and bonuses are revoked.
- Non-Transferable: Refunds cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
